Welcome to the ACFO web-site.

Our aim is quite simple - to help anyone involved in "business mobility by motor vehicle" to benefit from the range of information we have assembled on this site; and collectively across the experience of our membership.

ACFO Conference and Annual General Meeting 2012

Preparations are well in hand for one of the biggest dates in the ACFO calendar: the Conference and AGM.

The theme for the day is "Efficiency -- " - a core theme which will be explored and developed by the 5 expert speakers addressing the key aspects of "Efficiency" which are relevant to business mobility and fleet operations.

We have an excellent venue thanks to generous hosting from Mercedes-Benz Fleet & Business - at the Mercedes-Benz World facility sited on part of what was once the worlds very first custom-built motor racing circuit - Brooklands.

As well as the Conference the day will feature the Annual General Meeting of your company. The necessary documentation has now been distributed by post to all members.

Booking your place

We need to stress that due to the site (which remains open to the public as usual) prior registration is essential. The mechanisms for pre-registration are slightly different as between 'Members' and 'NON-members'. These channels are now open.

Members should use the link on their 'My Page' screen. This provides an automated e-mail message to record attendance/ apologies.

About ACFO

ACFO is a not-for-profit members' organisation, and is the main UK body representing organisations - of any size or style - to optimise their business travel. Our membership includes all sizes and forms of organisations who use a wide range of schemes and systems to deliver business travel by car or van.

Our main objective is to help members reduce costs, and run safer, greener and more efficient systems which use vehicles in an optimum way. We deliver through regional meetings, regular communications with members (most frequently by e-mail) and by the resources and facilities of this web-site.
